Hi and Welcome. A quick introduction, I'm Brian. Nature and the outdoors have been a passion of mine from as far back as I can remember. One thing led to another and I soon became fascinated by the art of outdoor cooking. It was only a matter of time before the versatility of the hamburger started to captivate my imagination.

So here I am, totally hooked on making hamburgers and creating new hamburger recipes.
